"I'm in Colorado and just experienced a virus attack, which closed down my laptop to something less than a "Crawl" after having lots of software installed to help avoid this type of situation. I contacted Mr. Wizzard who helps me with my computer needs; Currie had installed a remote program that allowed him to take over my computer, and solve my problem efficiently without my interference, so that I could continue to be in touch -- I could never have done what he did to diagnose and solve my problem 2,000 miles from home so that I could enjoy the snow/friends.
