"I was able to get my e-mail repaired, with your help. The .pst file was corrupted, but I couldn’t run the MS repair utility until after I ran a scandisk. It took most of the day to scan, defrag, and finally run the repair utility, but when it was done the e-mail was working fine. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction/ I couldn’t have fixed it without you. Have a good weekend."

"I'm in Colorado and just experienced a virus attack, which closed down my laptop to something less than a "Crawl" after having lots of software installed to help avoid this type of situation. I contacted Mr. Wizzard who helps me with my computer needs; Currie had installed a remote program that allowed him to take over my computer, and solve my problem efficiently without my interference, so that I could continue to be in touch -- I could never have done what he did to diagnose and solve my problem 2,000 miles from home so that I could enjoy the snow/friends. You might try Currie the next time you have a problem that you don't want to spend hours/days working upon with little success."
